Livingston County Home Builders Fielek Builders, L.L.C. is a family owned and operated business, established in 1984 by Julie Fielek. She has since been joined by her son Matt who is a licensed builder and together they comprise the building team. We specialize in custom homes and semi-custom homes, land development and construction management.
Fielek Builders, L.L.C. has a commitment to their customers, their community and the building industry to stay current with the latest in building technologies and land use issues. They credit a portion of their success to their strong commitment and involvement in both local and state building associations.
Fielek Builders has been practicing components of “Green Building” since our inception as a company. We feel energy savings and sustainable design are critical and can be incorporated into affordable housing. In addition, we feel Homeowner Education is a priority in achieving measurable results.
We have made it a goal to produce homes of the highest quality with a special emphasis on making the building experience an enjoyable one. They have gained a reputation over the years for their attention to detail, design, flexibility and quality, which are all trademarks of a Fielek Home.
