Heath Smith is the guy to see if you need anything with services add on or even home security systems. I just bought a home and this gentlemen sat with me and explaining everything to the last details. Very professional and worked my my plan and bill to get me a monthly price I was satisfied with. If you need or want or change something please ask for him. This gentleman Mr.Smith sat with me for 2 hours. The staff at this Xfinity in Beaverton is fantastic, helpful, professional, and competent. Of course, most of the time you contact or visit a utility company is when something has gone wrong. When you get some down-to-earth help and professional attention, it goes a long way to making a bad situation better.
