This is an overall review for Comcast not this service center. This past weekend my Wife and I were walking out of our house to run errands. we saw a Brighthouse cable service truck in front of our house, my Wife turns to me and says, "hey are the neighbors having their cable serviced?" I responded with I guess. I then looked at the side of our house and saw the Brighthouse technician over by our cable. After walking over I asked, "Can I help you?". The technician responded with, "just fixing your internet service". I informed him that we have Comcast cable service and that he immediately fix the cable he cut. It turns out he read the address number wrong. First of all, there was no ring on our doorbell telling us that service was being performed, really Comcast this is how you train your service people. We then called our Cable provider Comcast and scheduled a service call to check out if any damage had be done. First thing Monday morning Comcast showed up checked everything over for us. We have never had Comcast nor will we ever. I see reviews about Comcast service being terrible, We have NEVER been treated with poor customer service from Comcast.
