Yes Comcast is a crappy company with terrible customer service on the phone. But THIS particular store is fantastic. I waited and saw about 3 different transactions go on before I was up. Each person was treated with respect, apologies from clerks for the fact they had to come in and complain, and all customers left with a smile. Just as I did, was helped by a guys named Andrew that helped me adjust my payment. Again Comcast changes things up on you for no reason, but luckily this store is of much help!
