I have been to this location twice now and each time have left more than satisfied with the level of service they provide. Maybe I'm just getting there at the right times, but wait time has been minimal and they seem to keep more than enough staff on hand to handle any sudden rush of customers. During my most recent visit, I had some questions about upgrading my TV service and the young lady who helped me was really cool and gave me some great info and options to choose from. I pretty much knew what i wanted and she found the exact plan that fit those needs. After a few quick details and a signature or two, I was on my way with a newly upgraded service plan and some new hardware to set up when I got home. I don't believe I could have asked for a better, more efficient experience at a cable store than what I received during this visit.
