Very impressed. Is this even the same company as the one I was at earlier today in Beaverton? The place is clean, welcoming, staffed and most importantly efficient. Very impressed. Night and day vs the Nimbus location. Can't believe it's even the same company. Was in and out in minutes and the staff knew what they were doing. Again felt like a totally different vs the nimbus location. That place is perhaps one of the worst consumer experiences ever. Hour wait, under staffed and couldn't resolve the issue. This location however was how it should be. The company needs to really work on some consistency here. The environment of the two locations totally different.
