Went in to decrease our cable package because we just couldn't afford to pay what we were being charged anymore. A young man, Daniel, helped us and was absolutely fantastic! He didn't try to wheel and deal us (which is usually what happens when you go to cancel something) he just simply listened and took care of us. Honestly restored a little faith but in xfinity's customer service. Now we have our awesome internet and we are no longer paying for things we don't need or use period. Thank you Daniel for a positive experience!
