Lisa M you're a terrible liar bc comcast early termination fee AT MOST if you even have a contract would be $230 - so your $1000 is malarkey... You probably got charged for the equipment bc you didn't provide a police report or insurance claim on the house burning down. I'm very sorry for your mother in law's loss and I wish you ease and comfort in your new location and I pray no one was harmed - but, taking it out on a cable company is not fair. I'm sure you didn't get the nicest rep either... When I worked there I tried to always keep people happy or at least in the loop. But if the boxes didn't cause the blaze it's not right to take your
