I had to drop off some old equipment and cancel some services. I had my four year old with me so I was dreading my errand. This place has a waiting system that is awesome. I got checked in. Each rep was very polite and quick. I got my equipment scanned and returned, and got a service cancelled quick with no Argument or up-selling, and I was on my way after about 10, 15 minutes. As much as I dislike Comcast, this store made my belief rise regarding their attempts to make their customer service suck less.
