There was some miscommunication, with my service call, which caused the repair service to be delayed. So why am I giving you five stars, because the service repair work was done, and done professionally, even though there was a delay in the service response. I was very happy with the repair service everything is working fine now, so I thought I would not pursue the problem of the service delay. Here's the good part I received a credit on my next bill for the service delay, they just went ahead and gave me the credit automatically, I didn't have to request it. This shows me the Comcast, even though they have miscommunication every once in a while, is really trying to win customers confidence, they certainly have mine
