Exchanged equipment to upgrade to X-1 and was In and out in less than ten minutes on a Saturday morning. Very friendly and would have taken even less time if I had not asked so many questions.Great customer service and a real good product. I went in to pay my first bill and instillation charges for my new internet service. I am considering getting their phone. TV and Internet bundle for $99.00 at the beginning of next year.
