I think the guy who came in from Metro Locksmith Services was Jacob. He was great! I needed to get my locks changed and didn’t get off work until after 10 pm. He didn’t have a problem coming in after regular business hours to help me out. I scheduled an appointment the next night, but I was held up at work and couldn’t make it on time! Once he arrived at my place, drilling the hole to make way for the deadbolt and the complete installation took him just minutes. Completely satisfied with the quality of work! Very affordable! I didn’t have enough cash on me to fix the locks on my front door! I wasn’t opposed to the idea of hiring locksmiths, it’s just that I’ve had terrible experiences with them in the past. It was well past midnight, I’d just returned from a party and was fumbling for my keys, but couldn’t find them anywhere. I didn’t have a spare, nor was I willing to break down my door.
