I called Village Locksmith Store up around 6 am in the morning, as the staff was locked out of my office. I explained my situation to the dispatcher who listened intently and promised to send someone over right away. I received a call some ten minutes later from their locksmith apologizing for the delay and asking me to wait five minutes longer.
