I kept shifting my schedules around, but the guys at Estate Locksmith Store were understanding and put up with all of my frequent rescheduling. I finally made myself available for a security assessment the following weekend. Despite putting them through so much inconvenience, they didn’t levy any charges for having sent over a technician twice mid-week. I was all out of ideas – I had tried everything, from trying to unlock the door with a shoe string to the stupid credit card trick they demonstrated online – everything! I’d already wasted over an hour trying to redeem myself and get back in my car, but now I’ve had it! Frustrated, I decided to call dad, who rang up John from Estate Locksmith Store. Within minutes, he arrived on a van, took out a few tools from his kit and had my car opened up in no time. I couldn’t thank him enough! And the charges were so reasonable that I managed to pay it out of my own pockets and didn’t even need to ask dad for help. Will definitely recommend them! Hands down the best in Rochester! Right from the dispatcher to Gary, the locksmith who arrived at my place, the guys at Estate Locksmith Store are awesome. When I lamented about how I’d been tricked into getting my perfectly good locks with new, low-grade ones, Gary confirmed that it was a common practice employed by most scamsters. They trick you into believing you need something when you don’t and charge an exorbitant sum for work that isn’t worth the price. Thankfully, I still had the old locks with me and Gary had them rekeyed and refitted.
