After four hours and the promise of a discount for the trouble, a manager gave me the tech's cell number and told us to call at 7 am Wednesday, because (although they could not make an appointment at that time) the guy was waiting to hear from me to make an appointment for that day, because the company was setting aside time for him to come out. Again, we both took the whole day off. So we both started calling, at 15 minute intervals, and got his voicemail. He neither returned the call or answered the phone when we called him.
