awful experience. we had this service for 12 years - love the service. Never had a good customer service experience. constant billing issues. calls are never recorded - billing is always (literally) inaccurate. I did like the service, however I had to call every other month of billing to get it corrected to reflect accurately (services we didn't request would be added & have to be removed) we tried putting a password on the account & this only made it worse. Because I did like the service, I was willing to put up with the lousy customer service - you would occasionally get a nice employee who would not make the call so miserable or give you attitude. Finally after 12 years of service - I made a usual call to customer service to see why my movie channels were not working. customer service rep advised me I did not have any movie channels on my package - I only had basic service. after arguing back and forth for over 10 minutes, I requested to speak with a supervisor who assured me this rep was accurate & we had Never had any moving channels - explained I had movies from the movie channels we had subscribed to up until that day DVR'd on our system. This supervisor then advised me if we had movies DVR'd and had 'stolen' the service they would back bill us for 12 years of movie channels. I demanded a manager at this point & my husband had to take the call. 12 years of services. We terminated our service with them & will never go back. I also filed a report with the Better Business
