Professionalism at its best! From the way the call was handled to the technician’s arrival to installing the locks, everything was carried out in near-perfect manner. This was my first time hiring Logan Locksmith Shop but I can say for sure that it won’t be the last. I simply must share this one! Best experience I had with these guys over at Logan Locksmith Shop! I needed to replace a busted deadbolt right away. I looked online and found a couple of firms, but none of them worked after 5 pm. Seriously??? Who gets back home at 5 pm these days? Somehow I landed up on http://www.Richmond.Logan-Locksmith-Shop.com, which offered 24/7 service. I heaved a sigh of relief and called them up. I didn’t even care much for the pricing, as all I cared about was the safety of my property. But the dispatcher insisted on stating my problem and gave me an upfront price right over phone! Wow! John came over within a few minutes and replaced the lock with a new one.
I couldn’t believe that the cost for the new lock, the call-out fees and the installation charges barely added up to $60. Definitely opting for Logan Locksmith Shop again! And I recommend that you give them a try too if you happen to live in Richmond!

I don’t know why I was even worried! Logan Locksmith Shop made the process seemed so easy! There was to be an assessment by my insurance company the next morning and I knew my age-old locks weren’t gonna make a good impression. I decided to get my locks changed. But the challenge was coaxing a locksmith to come in at 1:00 am to do the job. After a few locksmiths denied service and a few didn’t even bother answering the call, I stumbled across http://www.Richmond.Logan-Locksmith-Shop.com. The website claimed 24/7 service and I hoped that they really meant that! Within thirty minutes of placing the call, Ron had reached my place. After taking a look at my locks, he suggested that I needn’t get rid of all my locks as a few were still good enough to get me past the assessment. That was news to me! And if he hadn’t taken the privilege to bring it to my notice, I would have ended up spending a lot of money that night!
An hour later, he was done replacing my locks with brand new ones and fixed up a few faulty ones! And the total bill – it was way less than I expected it to be. Ron didn’t even charge me extra for calling him at such an odd-hour! You guys rock!!!! And I’m definitely giving you a call anytime in future! Thank you Logan Locksmith Shop and thank you Ron!
