I too have heard all the horror stories of Xfinity/Comcast, but I have had great experiences so far. We had cable internet installed several months ago. The installation technician was extremely helpful and professional. But today was the best! We have had major plumbing work in our neighborhood for the past 1-2 months. They have been cutting the marked cable lines multiple times and cut ours 2 days ago. We scheduled an Xfinity technician but they weren't able to come for 2 more days. Today I saw a technician at my neighbor's house and flagged him down. He graciously agreed to help me too! Poor guy had to follow the line behind my house and it took him a good 1.5 hours to get to where it was cut and fix it. I really appreciated him fixing my cable even though I was not on his schedule. Incidentally fixing mine also fixed a few of my neighbors as well! I didn't get his name but he was in truck 3112. Thanks again!!!
