While going through Memphis Tennessee about 10 to 15 minutes ago, this flag service was not staying with the oversized load coming behind us. Continuously running off and leaving the truck to fend for himself. Driver was too busy grooming his face in the rear view mirror. Driver of the car needs to stay with his loads.

Jay's flag service.....This company is not ethical or professional.... Trailer hauling a mobile office they were providing flag service for ran off road, threw rocks and broke my windshield, $800 plus damage. When i immediately called driver on cell phone ( number was on vehicle) to report damage and ask for info on the owner of vehicle he immediately got nasty with my wife and immediately went into denial and said..... I could not prove anything..... I do have pictures......They know they broke the windshield, but refused to discuss, would not pull over, would not give me any info, threatened to call hwy patrol in virginia on me.!..... And very unprofessional in every way. I would never use them for any service. To date they have not returned numerous calls and looks like i will have to seek legal action to even get a return phone call. Owner of business is jason chas payne. Sounded like the jay's flag service driver i spoke to, while was e driving...Sounded drunk, my wife thought the same.
