Paula Barrett is not reliable. She asked us to give her our past 5 years of taxes and now doesn't know where she placed it. Luckily one of her clients called us and returned 2 years of our past taxes that PAULA GAVE to him along with his own taxes. But she has NO IDEA who she gave the other 3 years to! She didn't care or show any empathy about losing our PERSONAL INFORMATION. She didn't even offer to call her clients to see if she gave it to them. Basically she said oh well. She is NOT TRUSTWORTHY, DEPENDENT, or HONEST!! She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Very upset as we are now targeted for IDENTITY THEFT as someone or some person(s) have all of our information!

Paula the owner had 4 years of my previous tax filings due to income and deductions comparison review. 2 months later I get a call from a complete stranger saying he has 2 yrs of the 4 years with him as she accidentally gave it to him. I go to her office to find out that she doesn't know what she did with the other 2 years and gave away all of my personal information to complete strangers. The worst part is she isn't even trying to look for them and just says I'm sorry. I asked her to contact her previous clients to see if they have it and she refuses. Very unprofessional, unethical, and does not take responsibility for her actions
