Stay away! The owner, Deb Phillips Tewell, is money hungry! The owner is unethical and is taking advantage of renters during the covid-19 pandemic. We cancelled our stay to prioritize the health of our family and those in Foley, AL. We also cancelled because the state of Alabama closed all non-essential businesses and banned non work related gatherings of more than 10 people. We had 11 people that would be vacationing together so it would have been a misdemeanor to have 11 non related people staying together. The owner would not provide any sort of refund- not even the cleaning fee! The house didn't need to be cleaned since we didn't stay there so that is very unethical! Do yourself a favor and find a different owner to rent from.
