CASA rating is ZERO! I gave them a one because I had to rate them. I have never had such a bad experience with a company. As other reviews have stated, on this page and in other places on the internet, they do not return phone calls, nor do they answer their phones. I have been trying to reach a live person for nearly 2 months now. I have left several messages, but have not gotten a return of call. I paid them $500 on August 30 to arbitrate on my behalf; they called me on September 6, two days before my car was sent to auction and sold. I shared with them my exact concerns and desires, to which they agreed, and shared with them that I had 10 days to save my car. My car was sold on September 8; they never contacted the company that financed my car.
When I looked at my bank statement, the name beside the $500 was Volks Anwalt. When I sent an email to the person who took my $500 to ask who this person was, she stated she had never heard of the person and pretended not to know the person. My point is, I am not even sure the name of the company is Consumer Arbitration Services of America. If you are reading this, and have paid CASA money, look at your bank statement.
Also, if you are reading this, and deciding to hire CASA, RUN LIKE HELL!

I was fooled on December 7th and further committed myself as a fool on December 11 when I paid them $950 to begin representing me. I found them by googling “FORECLOSURE LAWYER”. # 1 pick by Google: Consumer Arbitration services of America (CASA). Which is a phony cover company with controlled content on the websites. The link to suemybank.net Is only functional when you use the link in the email sent from them. Conveniently, http://volksanwaltlaw.com is under construction.. They use code to manipulate that. CASA is just one of MANY cover companies for: JESSICA MCHALE/VOLKS ANWALT. She is the one who is principal on all of these companies that she’s opening and closing all the time. You can verify this by going to http://checkbca.org, http://flordiadb.com, http://companyfl.com, or take a look at her current lawsuit in California (next link down). I contacted the lawyer that is representing the California woman who paid $3500 to help with her foreclosure and of course they didn’t do anything. The more people who come forward with their experiences so she can be stopped. All of those sites will show you that companies she’s operating under our at times listed as in active because the state shut it down. She has been disbarred in Florida, Virginia
