The damage was done. The new lock I purchased from the hardware store with an intention to install it myself was now ruined. Defeated, I surfed the web and found https://www.StatenIsland.Gold-Locksmith-Store.com. Eddie got there in minutes. Once he took a look at the lock, he informed me that it was a cheap counterfeit and that’s why it had been damaged so easily due to the rough handling. I felt completely stupid, having wasted 50 bucks on a useless lock. Eddie reassured me that he would fix the genuine one at a lesser price – and so he did. Wish I’d hired Gold Locksmith Store in the first place, instead of wasting my time dabbling in stuff that was beyond me. If you live in Staten Island, NY, hire them – they’re EXCELLENT!!!

Having discovered them online on https://www.StatenIsland.Gold-Locksmith-Store.com a few months back, I have hired them a couple of times, but never under such circumstances. I had all my hopes pinned on them – and sure enough, they did not let me down! Danny arrived within minutes, and unlocked the door in no time. He even altered the lock mechanism so it wouldn’t shut automatically and lock me out again. Excellent services! If you live in Staten Island, NY, you can’t get any better! Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Edward was excellent! I was locked out of my home and called up Gold Locksmith Store after finding their number on http://www.StatenIsland.Gold-Locksmith-Store.com. The dispatcher promised me that help would be there within 15 minutes. I got a call in the next ten minutes from the dispatcher who apologized and stated that the technician would be five minutes late. Five minutes?! Wow! I’ve waited hours at a stretch in a similar situation in the past, and I never received an apology from the company I’d hired then! The technician got there in the next ten minutes, examined the lock and quoted the price. It was only gonna cost me 50 bucks.. I couldn’t believe it! After I’d given him the go, I was back inside within minutes. The best part – my lock was intact and there was no damage on the door. Thank you Gold Locksmith Store! You’re amazing Edward! Wish every company in Staten Island, learnt something from Gold Locksmith Store. Customer service at its best!!!!

After I’d moved into my new home, the first thing I needed was a lock change. Being new to Staten Island, NY, I didn’t know any locksmiths and asked my neighbors for suggestions. One of my neighbors was kind enough to pass on the link https://www.StatenIsland.Gold-Locksmith-Store.com to me and I called them up. David arrived with his team at my place in less than twenty minutes and carried out a complete assessment. He offered a cheaper solution – rekeying – stating that the locks were relatively new and had enough life in them to last a few more years. Thanks to Gold Locksmith Store I managed to save a hefty sum. Highly recommend!

No extra charges, no hidden fees – just plain, upfront pricing! Complete satisfaction – not just with the prices, but with the quality of their services as well! The guy who came over, Tony, was a complete pro. He knew his job really well. There was no way any other locksmith could have fixed up my MulTlock within minutes the way he did. Have saved their number 347-220-8270 and am definitely calling them in the future.
