I second Brittany M's review. Comcast sucks, BUT the Service Center on 50 West Gude Drive, totally changed my perception. Not only was I in-and-out within 15 minutes. YES! 15 Minutes. In AND out.I came on a Thursday at 5 PM. During Rush Hour. Maybe I got lucky. Service was quick attentive. I returned my modem in minutes. I called Comcast customer support and got a 113 dolalr credit for unused modem charges.
