There's no love lost between me and Comcast but their new service center is pretty great - brand new, spacious, objectively nice (and downright luxurious if you're used to going to the old Michigan Ave location). Service was very efficient and I was out the door with a new router in about 5 minutes. Well played my old nemesis.I went in yesterday to return my cable and internet because I'm moving and the employees were outstanding. They treated me with such kindness I left in a good mood that lasted all day!
