Remember when you used to have a cable or internet issue and you felt like the world was ending because you had Comcast? THOSE DAYS ARE OVER. I was having some issues with my cable and yes, I did have to spend an annoying 45 minutes on the phone trouble shooting, BUT the three agents with whom I spoke were very patient and knowledgeable. Turns out I needed a new cable box and didn't want to wait a few days for a service call. They told me that the xfinity store was open til 7 and very close to my house. When I got there I wasn't in the best of moods, but that changed fast. You would have thought I checked into a four star hotel. I was greeted immediately, helped quickly, offered friendly banter, invited to watch the basketball game, and given the products within minutes. You can tell Comcast is trying to turn its brand around because even the packaging of the materials was really nice. Added bonus after all that, it worked!
