This is a review for Carmen at the Watertown service center.  After hours on the phone with Comcast trying to get the right plan set up I decided to go to a service center. Carmen was super helpful and understanding - she got us set up with the right bundle and was really transparent about the billing possibly not going through immediately.  She gave us a ticket number and told us to come back if things did not go through quickly.  As she predicted, the service changed the next day but billing did not and we returned.  Carmen took care of making the edits, showing us each piece of it and answering any questions graciously.  I also observed Carmen supporting a new employee really kindly and effectively and guiding another customer to the best plan for them.  She is the best Comcast employee I have worked with.  Thank you for making it a much smoother process!
