I knew I made the right choice when I chose City Locksmith Shop! They were quite the pros!!! Got the job done in half an hour!! And they didn’t even charge me the way other locksmiths in Prairie City would have! Mark was extremely talented and he clearly understood my requirement before starting work. I think the guy who came in from City Locksmith Shop was Jacob. He was great! I needed to get my locks changed and didn’t get off work until after 10 pm. He didn’t have a problem coming in after regular business hours to help me out. I scheduled an appointment the next night, but I was held up at work and couldn’t make it on time! Thank you for having the patience to wait it out and getting the job done! I’ve given plenty of locksmiths in Prairie City a try, but no one has ever come close to the level of service these guys provided. I even saved up quite a lot of money on the lock replacement by exchanging a coupon I found on their site http://www.PrairieCity.City-Locksmith-Shop.com. I will definitely opt for you guys again! I was heading out for a business trip and I wasn’t willing to leave my condo at the mercy of the old cylinder lock on the door. I knew I needed to get it changed. Thanks to Joe from City Locksmith Shop for getting the job done at such short notice. He got there in like ten minutes versus the 30-minute timeframe he’d earlier given. Once he arrived at my place, drilling the hole to make way for the deadbolt and the complete installation took him just minutes. Completely satisfied with the quality of work! Joe is the best in Prairie City and I’ll feel 100% confident calling his team again in the future.
