The technician who arrived, Ed, made some suggestions on improving the home security for free and didn’t pressurize me to use his services again. Super fast service (got there in 15 minutes) and the technician from Lock Key Shop could not have been nicer. He was extremely friendly and highly talented. Made having to pay for the stupid mistake of locking my keys in the car seem a little less painful. He didn’t even charge me any convenience fee, or late night charges. Highly recommended! I don’t think I’d be doing justice to them if I didn’t add on to the mountain of good reviews already here! Last month, I locked my keys in the car. But it wasn’t the reason why I was so upset.
