O NOT CALL THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! This gentlemen was 6 hours late brought a drugged out looking woman with him and he did not diagnose the problem correctly in fact completly destroyed or unit. He replaced the starting componets that were not needed and were not made for our refrigerator / freezer and bragged about his Harley Davidson collection for an hour as he did absolutly nothing to remediate the issue with our unit. The starting componets he installed fried the main logic board , compresser and everything else. We called a real expert who came out on time, confirmed the following above and also stated we were lucky the unit did catch on fire due to the tech installing the wrong starting componets for our unit. Avoid this company like the plauge as he dosent know what he is doing and could be putting your home and life at risk due to his incompetence. DO NOT CALL OR USE OHIO REFRIGERATION SERVICES!!!!!
