I'm on the same page as everyone else - great service at unbelievable prices. Called Ronnie from Lock Safe Services and he arrive right on schedule despite it being the weekend! The best part was that he didn’t charge me a dime extra for providing service on a weekend. I recall having paid $40 to some other locksmith as an extra charge for calling him up after hours. Very professional and very affordable! If I ever need a locksmith in Des Moines sometime in the future, Ronnie’s the one I’ll call!

Within minutes, he arrived on a van, took out a few tools from his kit and had my car opened up in no time. I couldn’t thank him enough! The technician managed to convince me into buying an expensive lock unnecessarily. Two weeks later, I found myself locked out as the smart lock had gone dead. The team from Lock Safe Services is simply awesome. Zack identified the fault instantly and fixed the lock. He advised me to get it replaced at the earliest opportunity, since it was a cheap imitation of a Mul-T-Lock and wouldn’t last long. Zack offered me a good deal on the new, genuine version of the lock and I’m planning on changing it the next week. Service? Good. Prices? Good. Response? Good. Very friendly and very helpful! I’d recently purchased a DIY lock rekeying kit from a nearby store but didn’t know how to get the job done. He instantly agreed to come and help me. I took him 15 minutes to get there and less than 5 minutes to rekey the lock. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Edward was excellent! I was locked out of my home and called up Lock Safe Services after finding their number on http://www.DesMoines.Lock-Safe-Services.com. The dispatcher promised me that help would be there within 15 minutes. I got a call in the next ten minutes from the dispatcher who apologized and stated that the technician would be five minutes late. Five minutes?! Wow! I’ve waited hours at a stretch in a similar situation in the past, and I never received an apology from the company I’d hired then! The technician got there in the next ten minutes, examined the lock and quoted the price. It was only gonna cost me 50 bucks.. I couldn’t believe it! After I’d given him the go, I was back inside within minutes. The best part – my lock was intact and there was no damage on the door. Thank you Lock Safe Services! You’re amazing Edward! Carried away by the advertising, I purchased a digital lock. Barely a month after installation, it started malfunctioning. I wasn’t willing to throw it away having spent over 200 bucks over it.
