I hired Safe Key Shop for a complete security overhaul and here’s my review: Excellent response – I wasn't put through IVR and was patched through immediately Quick arrival time – After I’d placed the call to Safe Key Shop, it took them only 10-15 minutes to get there. Job completion –Technicians seemed to know what they were doing, which enabled them to get the job done within an hour. Pricing – Extremely reasonable! In fact, they didn’t charge me anything for the assessment and only charged for the new locks and repairs. Customer satisfaction – one-hundred percent!! Will I recommend them? If you live in Wilmington, go for it – I bet you can’t find anyone better….

UNBELIEVABLE! FAST AND AFFORDABLE! It’s unreal how good these guys are. After I lost the keys to my car, I called Dave from Safe Key Shop. He got there in a few minutes, parked his van right next to my car and got the key made in like 20 minutes. I can’t imagine what it would be like if not for Dave. Dealerships are so expensive and they take forever to get anything done. But these guys from Safe Key Shop are super friendly and fast and got the job done at a low price. I wasn’t too keen on it but my fiancé insisted on getting the locks changed to ‘fit’ into the style of the recently revamped house. The idea that locks were components meant for security and weren’t a decorative piece was totally lost on my fiancé. Anyway, I went ahead and called a locksmith from Safe Key Shop based on the recommendation from my aunt. Surprisingly, the guy who came over, Mark I believe, didn’t find the idea as absurd as I did. In fact, he enthusiastically immersed himself and got busy with exploring the various options that would fit into the look of the home. I must say, I’m very impressed with the results. The new smart lock on my front door adds a futuristic appeal to the house while the other locks blend in with the rest of the fixtures. While the services were excellent, it was what came after that I was worried about. But, I soon found out that my fears were baseless. The bill Mark handed out was very reasonable! Showed up right on time and took care of things! Tired of manually opening the garage space, I needed a new lock for the garage door.
