Ok, here’s everything you need to know about Royal Locksmith Store. They’re talented, committed, dedicated, honest and to sum it all up, they’re awesome! I know this because I’ve hired technicians from Royal Locksmith Store nearly 6 times and they’ve managed to stun me every time by being punctual, getting the job done with finesse and offering flat rates on the services. Now, that’s what you call the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It’s no wonder that Royal Locksmith Store had all these great reviews online. All I’m doing is adding on to the heaps of existing positive comments and officially making Royal Locksmith Store my go-to locksmith. I stepped out to get the morning newspaper and unfortunately the door slammed shut behind me. I tried opening it but failed miserably. To top it off, the food was in the oven and I just didn't know what to do. I called the apartment supervisor who immediately called for Royal Locksmith Store - they were my saviors. They came in within a few minutes and opened the door in no time. Gary was a very pleasing and talented locksmith. I thought the bill would be huge, but to my surprise it was really affordable for someone who was struggling to make both ends meet. I thanked him quite a lot of times. Very dedicated workers.....Will recommend them to anyone in New Caney seeking services from a locksmith that's trustworthy and affordable!

After being tricked by the hardware store into getting cheap copy keys made, one week later one of the copy keys broke within the lock! It aggravated me beyond words! It was 9 pm then and I was worried there would be no one around for help, but clearly, I was worrying for nothing! I spoke to Jones from Royal Locksmith Store who assured me of prompt assistance. Sure enough, he got there within minutes and removed the pieces still lodged within the lock, careful not to damage anything in the process. He explained how the cheap materials used to make the key couldn’t withstand usage (Usage??? I’d barely used it for a week! ) That’ll teach me never to fall for cheap stuff again! Despite being late, Jones was nice enough to make new good-quality keys for me! Would recommend Royal Locksmith Store to all my friends, family, co-workers! Surely, they’re the best in New Caney! You should try them out!
