Got a wonderful deal from Super Locksmith Service when I moved into a new place! There was a special discount on their website https://www.Gurnee.Super-Locksmith-Service.com just for that, which knocked off a signidicant sum from the bill. I got new locks, repairs on a few doors, had a new front door installed, and other locks were rekeyed. All this, and exceptional customer service at a value-for-money price. Recommend them to all in Gurnee!

It might seem like I’m exaggerating when I say that it was a locksmith company that provided me the best customer service! Long wait times, unexpected delays, constant rescheduling, no attention to customer needs are a few things that irk me. However, Super Locksmith Service had managed to set up a seamless operational process in place that allows customers to experience superior services . Right from the dispatcher handling the phone call to the technician tackling the actual issue, these guys are total pros. These guys rushed to my spot within minutes just so I could get a copy key made. That’s a level of service I’m yet to receive from any other company in Gurnee.
Highly-recommend them for their timeliness! If you schedule an appointment with them, the only person who could be late for it is YOU and not them! Bowled over by their services! Super Locksmith Service is no.1 in Gurnee. Definitely calling them again!

I called them up on 847-450-0512 with a request. It was 10 pm, but when I asked Super Locksmith Service to come in, they didn’t even question me twice! The requirement I had was for a lock on my mailbox. John was there within fifteen minutes, despite the fact that I had made it clear that it was no emergency and they could take their own time. I’ve heard my colleagues rant on about how they ended up paying exorbitant fees to locksmiths during emergencies and I didn’t want to join in on that! My flight was only at 6 am and I was in no hurry. But John reassured me that there was nothing to worry about! In fact, he gave me a flat rate, asked me if I was okay with it and only then proceeded with the installation. True to his word, John didn’t charge me a penny more after he was done. There was no hidden fees, no after-hour charges and nothing over-the-top like my colleagues had claimed! Well, they obviously hadn’t met John from Super Locksmith Service!!!
