I owed a home in the Sellersburg area. I recently transfered to Colorado for work, and had been struggling to keep decent tenants in my home and had enough headache. I called Jeff and in 2 months he was able to clean my house up, find a buyer that was willing to put $15,000 down and lease from me for 2 years. Jeff was there for the entire process answering any questions I had and checked in monthly when he sent the statement and check. It has now been a little over a year and the buyer found a lender and closed on the home. I got more money for my home then I thought I could, I made several hundred more each month for the lease option and now im able to move on with my life.
