I generally don’t write reviews but my story simply cannot be left unsaid. It was one of my regular trips back home. I work late shifts and pick up food from a local café every night. This time, however, I forgot to retrieve my car keys and it was only after I had slammed the door shut behind me did I realize what I’d just done! There wasn’t any public transportation available at that hour, and I didn’t have enough money to pay up a towing service either. The guy at the café handed out Interstate Locksmith Shop’s number to me. I called them up stating my requirements and the make and model of my car. They quoted a surprisingly low price over the phone (there’s another surprise - I didn’t think anyone offered upfront pricing these days). Within fifteen minutes, there was a locksmith over at the scene and it took him merely seconds to unlock my car and fetch the keys. Had it not been for Interstate Locksmith Shop, I would have probably spent the night at the café and waited for a dealership to open in the morning. Thanks to you guys, I got myself a good night’s sleep. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for lockout assistance or anything else in Agawam, they’re the best!!!!

We spared no expenses on our new home, right from the interior decoration to the garden, we wanted everything to be the best! I called up Interstate Locksmith Shop to take a look at my malfunctioning lock. Here’s my take on them: Response time: Quick. The technician got there in about fifteen minutes after placing the call Quality: Well, John fixed it in minutes and I haven’t faced trouble with it ever since, so yes, he did a really good job. Price point: This is where Interstate Locksmith Shop shines! Rates are really low and are easily the lowest in Agawam. I know this because I’ve tried out nearly all other locksmiths in the area. My verdict: Thumbs-up!!! Will definitely call them again and recommend the same to all!

Not a great fan of locksmiths! When you’ve been tricked into buying unwanted stuff, charged $250 for opening up a locked car or reduced to waiting for hours for the person to get there, I’m sure you’d share the same feelings I used to! But Interstate Locksmith Shop does have a way with its customers! When I was locked out of my home and I’d exhausted all my other options, a friend passed on their number 413-239-0461 to me. I called them up, a small part of me hoping that these guys would be a little different – and they were! I barely waited ten minutes when a locksmith reached my location and sorted out my issue! They charged me $55 and were off! Wow! What’s my opinion of locksmiths now? Still not a great fan unless it’s someone from Interstate Locksmith Shop! Easily the best locksmith company in Agawam… try them out once if you don’t believe me!

I have a million reasons to be grateful to Joe! The dedication he shows and his skill is something other locksmiths in Agawam ought to take a cue from. I was on my way to the neighboring locality from Agawam when a short break I took spelled out doom for me. I’d inadvertently locked the keys in the car and there was not a soul in sight who could give me a ride or get assistance. After dialing the dozenth number, there was absolutely no locksmith who was ready to get there for assistance. While a few stated that they’re closed for the day (it was 10:00 pm), others bailed out stating serviceability issues in the region. Trustworthy locksmiths are hard to come by, and so when you do find one, don’t let them go! It’s been over 4 years since I’ve been associated with Interstate Locksmith Shop and they’ve never given me a reason to complain. Always on time, friendly and professional, they’ve made me feel like a valued customer every time I’ve hired them. I’ve hired other firms in Agawam, MA, and can say it with the utmost confidence that I’ve found no match to them. Ten on Ten!

Easily 5 stars! The keys were stolen which meant that I needed to get my locks rekeyed right away. Most firms I called in Agawam, MA offered a reasonable price, but didn’t fix a proper time and instead offered 2 hour or 4 hour windows, which meant that I had to take a day off from work. I didn’t want that! So, I called Interstate Locksmith Shop up and enquired. The dispatcher informs me that they don’t do windows and could work at any time I want! That’s just what I needed! Joe showed up in another half an hour and finished the job in quick time. Good price offered by Interstate Locksmith Shop - it was lower than most. If I wasn’t in a time crunch, perhaps things would have seemed different. But the fact that I had a flight to catch in a couple of hours and my front door refused to lock only added to the tremendous amount of stress I was under. I lost my transponder keys – AGAIN! The last time the dealer charged me around $400 for one key and I was quickly on the edge of panic. I decided to explore other options and found Interstate Locksmith Shop. Eddie promised me a new key in less than $120. Apparently, my car needed some updated software to program the key but Eddie assured me I didn’t have to pay for it and charged me what he quoted over the phone. A man of his word! I would highly recommend them to all in Agawam, MA. Cheap, honest and quality work! FIVE STARS!!

Incredible work!!! If you need a locksmith in Agawam, trust me, Interstate Locksmith Shop is your best bet. I had a tricky rekeying job on a high security lock and it was the only locksmith firm in the entire region that said the job could be done. They sent Eric, a friendly and extremely talented technician who rekeyed the Schlage lockset in less than 10 minutes. If he can do this, he can do just about anything. Excellent service!
