I was heading out of town for a business trip and needed to ensure that my locks stood their ground while I was gone. I’m glad I found Neighborhood Locksmith Store, one fine day while carrying out a quick search online for lock replacement services. Their website http://www.Captiva.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com specified prompt assistance and round the clock availability! I must admit, they weren’t bragging when they said they’d get there in quick time! In fact, it was the first time any locksmith company had actually lived up to its promises. Easily the best in Captiva! Thank you guys for giving my complete peace of mind during my trip!

A friend of mine lost her purse that had everything – her phone, wallet, keys, and cards. She had to get home to her kids ( whom she had left with a sitter) and needed access to the car. I called Neighborhood Locksmith Store and explained the situation. They sent a technician to the location in quick time. I’d called them around 10 pm and they got there by 10:25 pm. I thought it would take forever since I knew how modern cars were – you needed to not just cut but also program the keys. The technician from Neighborhood Locksmith Store, James I think, really knew his stuff. He had this fully equipped workshop in his van that allowed him to make a key onsite. Very reasonably priced too (it would have cost twice the time and money at the dealership). I can’t recommend them enough! No competition in Captiva, FL 33924…

Neighborhood Locksmith Store is great! Had a high security lock installed. Being extremely difficult to pick or copy at the local store, it added an extra layer of security to my home. Thanks for coming up with the suggestion and also offering me a great price on the lock! The technician was really passionate about his job and it really shows in the outcome. In my honest opinion, they’re the best in Captiva, FL 33924. TEN on TEN!

Hired Neighborhood Locksmith Store to rekey the locks throughout the apartment complex. On time, polite and very professional, Jeff got the job done in less than two hours. I was very impressed with his speed and more so with his focus on customer service. Though I’d only asked him to rekey the lock on the gate, Jeff went above and beyond fine tuning the gate hinge to make sure it didn’t slam shut and wake everyone up. So considerate and helpful! I hope this review helped you gain an insight on the competence of Neighborhood Locksmith Store. Trust me, they’re the BEST in Captiva, FL, so do give them a shot.

Great locksmith – and excellent prices! I called nearly 3 other locksmiths for the job, but the price quoted by Neighborhood Locksmith Store was the lowest. Without hesitance, I hired them. The technician arrived within 20 minutes and was very friendly and helpful. There were some adjustments to be made on the fly, but Kevin didn’t charge us anything extra for additional labor. The new locks and fixed door knobs work perfectly and better than they ever did – and it’s all thanks to Kevin. We’ll definitely use Neighborhood Locksmith Store the next time we need a locksmith in Captiva, FL….

Just thought I’d take a moment to add on to the mountain of good reviews for Neighborhood Locksmith Store. When my 2-year old baby was locked inside the car, Neighborhood Locksmith Store’s prompt service was my savior. I’m so thankful to these guys for being right on time and so adept at their job. They opened up the lock in about 5 seconds and didn’t even damage my car or the lock in the process! I’ve bookmarked their website http://www.Captiva.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com and saved their number 239-301-3310, just in case I need them sometime in the future! You guys are awesome!
