However, when I lost my keys and was locked out of my own home, that’s when I regretted my decision. It was now 9 pm and any chances of hiring a technician from the local hardware store in Hampton were now gone. A quick web search later, I found this website https://www.Hampton.City-Locksmith-Shop.com that offered 24 hour services and decided to call them up. They turned up at my place within ten minutes. David was a fun person to talk to and he immediately put me at ease saying that it’ll only take him a few minutes to unlock the door. And sure enough, the door was unlocked within minutes and he even made me a new set of keys for free. City Locksmith Shop sure knows how to keep its customers happy. They’re amazing and super talented!

He didn’t have a problem coming in after regular business hours to help me out. I scheduled an appointment the next night, but I was held up at work and couldn’t make it on time! Thank you for having the patience to wait it out and getting the job done! I’ve given plenty of locksmiths in Hampton a try, but no one has ever come close to the level of service these guys provided. I needed a transponder key made. The one that I had I’d lost it somewhere and had been using public transportation to commute to work ever since. It was becoming quite a hassle and I needed someone to get a key made at a cheap price. After being rudely cut off by several locksmiths who refused to quote a price beforehand, the rep from City Locksmith Shop listened in on my requirements carefully. After answering a few questions pertaining to the make and model of my car, rep quoted the price over the phone and asked if I was okay with it. How could I not be? It was only gonna cost me seventy bucks when a dealership could easily have charged me thrice as much. I called them in and I was handed out the keys within thirty minutes. Bowled over by how amazing City Locksmith Shop is!!! Upfront pricing, friendly rep and technician, quality service! I couldn’t ask for more. If you live in Hampton, do give them a shot! I purchased a used Audi recently. While the car is great, unfortunately, it came with only one key fob. Considering my track record of losing stuff I knew I needed a spare. I visited a few dealerships in town asking for quotes and was in for a rude shock. The rates were absurdly high! I decided to explore other alternatives and based on a friend’s suggestion I called Eric from City Locksmith Shop, and he was able to get two spares made at quite a reasonable price. Also, he got the job done in around 30 minutes, while a couple of dealerships I spoke to needed over a week. Wow! That’s super fast service from City Locksmith Shop. 10/10 definitely! They were at my doorstep within minutes, unlocked the door and made a replacement key in less than 30 minutes. I’ve heard how tough it is to develop transponder keys, and the speed at which they got the job done showed how exceptionally skilled and incredibly talented they are. Very friendly and very helpful! I’d recently purchased a DIY lock rekeying kit from a nearby store but didn’t know how to get the job done. He instantly agreed to come and help me. I took him 15 minutes to get there and less than 5 minutes to rekey the lock.
