Ok, Metro Master Locksmith is awesome! First, Gary arrived when he said he would. Second, he went out of his way to know exactly what I wanted. The last time I hired a locksmith, he didn’t even ask me what lock I needed, and installed an expensive one that was pretty useless, as was evident from its deteriorating performance. Fortunately, Gary knew exactly how to fix it and made sure everything worked fine before handing out the bill. Very affordable for such phenomenal services!!! 24 hour services are a lifesaver!!! Especially, the one from Metro Master Locksmith. After getting home from work, I realized my keys were no longer in my pockets. I wish I’d snuck in a spare under the rug or something. Anyway, Metro Master Locksmith was the only firm that responded to my call and was extremely compassionate. James got there within a few minutes, and got a new key made. I asked him for another spare that I could hide outside my home, but James was against it! He told me that in a majority of burglaries, thieves got in using the spares. Well, that’s something I didn’t know! I called Metro Master Locksmith up around 6 am in the morning, as the staff was locked out of my office. I explained my situation to the dispatcher who listened intently and promised to send someone over right away. The lockset wasn’t working properly and so I called Metro Master Locksmith to fix it. Eric arrived onsite within 15 minutes, took a careful look at the lock, dismantled it, re-aligned the components, lubricated it and refitted it. It worked flawlessly. He also observed a problem with the doors and noticed that they weren’t aligned right, so he even set that straight. Everything works without a hitch now, all thanks to Eric. The lock on my door was a special decorative one and the locksmith I had originally purchased it from went out of business a year ago.
