I received a follow-up call stating the team would be five minutes late to the stipulated time. And sure enough, twenty minutes later, John and David were at my doorstep and got the job done quickly. We know that the service you’ve just provided isn’t worth even half of what you’ve just charged, yet, the attempt to rip us off always prevails.
