My house was built in 1973 and the bathrooms were original. After having Verified Construction remodel the kitchen and living room last year I knew I'd have them back to do the baths and bedrooms. I got plans from their design team; then went through the build phase. They were very accommodating of some changes I wanted after the first draft of the contract.

We discovered Verified Construction online. They took the time to come up with an estimate/bid and worked on the layout in the computer with us for two hours, free of charge. Communication was excellent via email and text. Throughout the project, we enjoyed prompt, fast responses, even late nights and on weekends. They took care of all permits and city inspections as well. For us, Verified was a turnkey operation; we gave them the house key and let them come and go freely without supervision. There were no problems with this, it was all very convenient.
