Metro Locksmith Services is great! The prices, especially, are reasonable and seem to fit right into my budget! Before turning into Metro Locksmith Services’s loyal customer, I’ve had quite a few miserable experiences. Here's one: there was this shop in Lowell (I don’t exactly recall its name) that claimed to offer services at rock-bottom prices. They say that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! But the lucrative prices clouded my judgment and I called them up for a simple lock repair job. At the end of it all, I’d spent around $500 on a totally unnecessary smart lock, some new locks on my windows and a brand new chain lock. I didn’t feel cheated at that point. But when the smart lock stopped working within the next two weeks, and the security door chain popped out of its socket, that’s when I felt cheated! Eric from Metro Locksmith Services was sympathetic and told me that it was a common practice among most locksmiths to quote cheap rates initially and find ways to scam customers later. Thanks to Eric, all the mess was cleared up! And the prices? Just what I was looking for! Metro Locksmith Services is the BEST in Lowell!!! One of the biggest drawbacks of hiring locksmiths is the never-ending wait time – and I hated it. I look up online tutorials to fix or install locks and avoid hiring them altogether. But when I lost my extra key and needed another copy, I was left with no choice. The hardware stores nearby didn’t know how to cut the key – it belonged to a high security lock. A local store recommended that I call Metro Locksmith Services and so I did. Unbelievably, a technician was sent to my location in less than fifteen minutes. Dan was talented, and he really knew his stuff. He had all this high-end machinery in his van and he managed to make the key in less than 10 minutes. Worth it! I knew it was trouble, and I knew it would eventually give away. Called Metro Locksmith Services for a replacement and they sent Ed. Though I’d asked for a replacement, Ed insisted on fixing the key fob. It took him some five minutes to fix the loose wiring within. Ed could have easily replaced the key fob and made more money out of it, but he didn’t. Honest bunch of technicians in Lowell, MA. Will I hire them again? Definitely!
