Of all the things I didn’t approve of in my neighbor, this one decision was something that I was actually glad he made! The technician from City Locksmith Services was extremely talented. He examined the lock, put forth a couple of suggestions, asked us to make a pick and installed the required lock in no time. He also provided a few tips to maintain the locks and increase their longevity even further. When the bill was handed out, the total amount barely equaled the amount I expected to pay after splitting the bill. Extremely affordable! The best in Vienna! Do give them a shot!

Trust me when I say this, City Locksmith Services is truly the best locksmith company in Vienna! This isn’t something I’m saying after receiving a one-time good service from these guys. I’ve had terrible experiences with locksmiths in the past. Few tried to charge me four times greater than the service was actually worth, few have made me wait for hours at a stretch, few had done such a poor job that I had to call someone again. To sum it all up, it was all nightmarish and I always regretted the moment when I had to pick up the phone and call a locksmith again. But when I came across City Locksmith Services’s website a few weeks back after carrying out an online search, little did I know how my entire opinion was about to be altered. They’re quite unlike the rest! The technicians are talented, courteous, and carry out their work with integrity. Flat rates, quality products, prompt service, no upselling and zero extra charges – what more could I ask for? And while I might just be adding on to the humongous pile of praises and appreciation they’ve already received, it’s only right to share my incredible experience with them. I needed a spare key. I know that a local hardware shop could have helped me with it, but the only problem was, it was 10:30 pm and all the shops were shut. I had to leave town urgently the next morning and I needed a spare to hand out to my neighbor to let the maintenance workers in. Literally, every 24-hour locksmith I called seemed to either deny service, or didn’t pick up my call – that is, every locksmith but City Locksmith Services!
