I must say, I had my inhibitions before hiring them, but now they’re all cleared up. In fact, I’ve even added their number 585-348-8865 on my favorite list, just in case I end up locked out of my own home again. I called them at 1:00 am and they didn’t even charge me a premium for after hour service. Will I call them again? If needed, then yes. Do I recommend Father Son Locksmith Store? Definitely! If you live in Rochester, Father Son Locksmith Store is your best shot at getting excellent services at reasonable rates!

Let’s solely restrict my review to the pricing: locksmiths are generally considered pricey, but not Father Son Locksmith Store! What would cost me $200 with some other firm, barely cost me a $100 with Father Son Locksmith Store. And the best part is their upfront pricing scheme! While a few quote a very low price initially, they then end up adding extra charges on the final bill. With Father Son Locksmith Store, I’ve never been charged a penny more than what they stated at first. Fits my needs and my pockets… And that’s why I’ve turned into a repeat customer! Highly recommend them! Try it out! You call them at 585-348-8865 and enquire about their prices, if you don’t believe me! Unquestionably, the No.1 company in Rochester!!!

It might seem like I’m exaggerating when I say that it was a locksmith company that provided me the best customer service! Long wait times, unexpected delays, constant rescheduling, no attention to customer needs are a few things that irk me. However, Father Son Locksmith Store had managed to set up a seamless operational process in place that allows customers to experience superior services . Right from the dispatcher handling the phone call to the technician tackling the actual issue, these guys are total pros. These guys rushed to my spot within minutes just so I could get a copy key made. That’s a level of service I’m yet to receive from any other company in Rochester. Highly-recommend them for their timeliness! If you schedule an appointment with them, the only person who could be late for it is YOU and not them! Bowled over by their services! Father Son Locksmith Store is no.1 in Rochester. Definitely calling them again!
