Very friendly and very helpful! I’d recently purchased a DIY lock rekeying kit from a nearby store but didn’t know how to get the job done. I spent nearly two hours trying to figure it out before finally giving up and surfing the web for assistance. I found this website https://www.DesMoines.Lock-Locksmith-Tech.com and called Gary. He instantly agreed to come and help me. I took him 15 minutes to get there and less than 5 minutes to rekey the lock. I called Lock Locksmith Tech to know their prices and this company responded back within minutes with a reasonable price!! I got an appointment fixed at such short notice! The technician who arrived, Johnson I think, was very courteous and completed the job very quickly. When the bill was handed out, I was in for a huge surprise. Rarely, do locksmiths stick to the original price. They almost always find reasons to add up extra charges to the bill. But with Lock Locksmith Tech, I was charged nothing extra to what was quoted initially! Honest and upfront pricing makes the deal still sweeter! Would I recommend them? DEFINITELY!

Thank you so much for bearing with me! If it had been someone else, they’d probably have slapped me with a heavy bill, but not Lock Locksmith Tech. Despite John from Lock Locksmith Tech insisting that they’d come over and get the measurements for door, I insisted on doing it myself and sent them the details. When the door was done and it didn’t fit, I thought it was a technical glitch on their side, but I was wrong. The dimensions I’d provided were incorrect, and I knew they were gonna charge me a bomb for this door as well as the right one – but they didn’t! In fact, John went out of his way to set things right! The door was sent for resizing and a few hours later, it was installed on my front door!
They charged me nothing extra for all the inconvenience my blunder had caused them!!! In fact, they stuck to the same price they’d quoted beforehand! Am I gonna call them again? Why won’t I? These guys are easily the most dedicated, honest bunch of locksmiths I’ve ever come across… AMAZING SERVICE! The best in Des Moines….
