There are two types of locksmiths: one, that requires a zillion calls to be made before they get there and two, locksmiths who take the initiative and follow up on you. Well, East Pittsburgh PA Locksmith Store happens to fall under the second category. Though I’d made the appointment with them at 8pm, I couldn’t make it on time. But Jack from East Pittsburgh PA Locksmith Store followed up, and patiently waited for half an hour until I reached home. Thank you so much for waiting it out. I thought the extra waste time was going to cost me, but they didn’t add any fee for it.

David is a pro! I’d hired locksmiths from other firms, who merely asked me to throw the digital lock and buy a new one, but I wasn’t going to let it go so easily. After all, I’d bought it for 400 bucks. David from East Pittsburgh PA Locksmith Store was a smart worker - he immediately identified the problem and managed to fix the lock.
