"There are two types of locksmiths: one, that requires a zillion calls to be made before they get there and two, locksmiths who take the initiative and follow up on you. Well, Olmsted Falls OH Locksmith Store happens to fall under the second category. Though I’d made the appointment with them at 8pm, I couldn’t make it on time. But Jack from Olmsted Falls OH Locksmith Store followed up, and patiently waited for half an hour until I reached home. Thank you so much for waiting it out. I thought the extra waste time was going to cost me, but they didn’t add any fee for it. Thanks again for your wonderful work. I’ll recommend them to all in Olmsted Falls, OH 44138! David is a pro! I’d hired locksmiths from other firms, who merely asked me to throw the digital lock and buy a new one, but I wasn’t going to let it go so easily. After all, I’d bought it for 400 bucks. David from Olmsted Falls OH Locksmith Store was a smart worker - he immediately identified the problem and managed to fix the lock. Wish other locksmiths were as knowledgeable as him! Great job guys! I read on their site https://www.OlmstedFalls.ohio-locksmith-store.com that they provided a complete security overhaul as well. Will hire them for it after a few months. So, how good are they? Ten on ten! No. 1 in Olmsted Falls, OH 44138….
