The lock on my door was a special decorative one and the locksmith I had originally purchased it from went out of business a year ago. It was dilapidated now and I needed a new one exactly like it, as it blended seamlessly with the rest of the home décor. I doubted if anyone would have a replica to it, but I was determined to ask around. I asked in a couple of places but none of them seemed to have it. Gary, the technician handling my request, told me they didn’t have it but asked me to wait 24 hours. Sure enough, the next day, he arrived at my premises with the lock I wanted. Thank you so much for going the lengths to procure the lock I needed! The level of dedication shown by Grimes IA Locksmith Store is truly commendable. I’m definitely hiring them again! Highly recommend to all in Grimes!!!

Quick to respond, on time arrival, quality work and good prices.Grimes IA Locksmith Store manages to ace it in all aspects. This is the fifth time I’m hiring them, and like always, I’m 100% satisfied with the work done. Five stars! These guys did an amazing job. Two other locksmiths I’d hired told me the lock had to be thrown away and replaced with a new one, but Grimes IA Locksmith Store salvaged it and restored it to normal operation. It was a Schlage Primus high security lock and a break-in attempt had left the lock worse for wear. Thanks guys! Apart from lock repairs, they’ve got a host of other services – I can’t list them all out here, so make sure you check their website https://www.Grimes.IA-Locksmith-Store.com. I’m planning on getting new doors fixed next month, and there’s no doubt, Grimes IA Locksmith Store is the firm I’ll call. I can’t recommend them enough to the people of Grimes, IA! Go for it!
