Phenomenal service! I wasn’t expecting them for at least another hour, despite the technician promising me an arrival time of 20 minutes. But Gary from Trotwood OH Locksmith Store got there within 15 minutes, and helped me set up the new locks I’d just brought. He even doled out a few valuable tips to maintain the locks for free. FIVE STARS!!! Do I recommend them? Yes Will I hire them again? Definitely Try their service once, if you don’t believe how quick they are! I wasn’t opposed to the idea of hiring locksmiths, it’s just that I’ve had terrible experiences with them in the past. I rather opted to do things on my own, when my lock went bust one day.. after all, how hard could it be to install a lock? But I figured out how wrong I was. After buying a lock at the hardware store and struggling to install it for nearly two hours, I gave up. Based on a friend’s suggestion, I reluctantly called Trotwood OH Locksmith Store. Surprisingly, they managed to alter my notion. Quick, friendly, professional and affordable, I couldn’t ask for more. Wish I’d called them earlier and avoided all that hassle.
