Finally, I found a locksmith that’s professional, friendly, affordable and completely reliable. I’d hired various locksmiths before and have never been completely satisfied with the service and the prices offered. Meredith IA Locksmith Store, however, is a league ahead of others in Des Moines. Arrival: Again fast, took them around fifteen minutes to get there. Service: Good, Eric was polite, courteous and knew what he was doing Price: Very reasonable I can’t give Meredith IA Locksmith Store anything less than a ten on ten! These guys certainly how to keep customers happy. I highly recommend them – they’re the BEST in Des Moines, IA!!!

I called Meredith IA Locksmith Store up around 6 am in the morning, as the staff was locked out of my office. I explained my situation to the dispatcher who listened intently and promised to send someone over right away. I received a call some ten minutes later from their locksmith apologizing for the delay and asking me to wait five minutes longer. Sure enough, he got there within five minutes and took a few more minutes to unlock the door. Seriously impressed with their fast service! I checked out their website https://www.Meredith.DesMoines-IA-Locksmith-Store.com and found that they also offered security audits. Definitely hiring them for it!! No. 1 locksmith in Des Moines, IA 50309…Completely reliable, especially, during an emergency! I give them FIVE STARS.

Eric arrived onsite within 15 minutes, took a careful look at the lock, dismantled it, re-aligned the components, lubricated it and refitted it. It worked flawlessly. He also observed a problem with the doors and noticed that they weren’t aligned right, so he even set that straight. Everything works without a hitch now, all thanks to Eric. Their website https://www.Meredith.DesMoines-IA-Locksmith-Store.com had mentioned that they offered 24 hour services at no extra charges and true to their word, I was charged only for the keys and wasn’t billed for the hour I’d requested service in ( which was 11:30 pm). Highly recommend Meredith IA Locksmith Store to all! If you’re in an emergency, you can count on them completely!
